I have worked in the defense industry all my life for top fortune 100 companies such as Harris, L-3 Communications, Raytheon, and BAE Systems. Over 40 years, I have supported many products/systems and had opportunities to work in manufacturing, logistics, systems engineering, and project office environments. I am currently working as an RCM engineer. Last year, I revamped the PM policy and procedures for a recovery vehicle. Now with a new vehicle design in development, I want use the lessons learned from this course to improve our customer’s PM experience/results further using better optimization techniques and tools I hope to acquire form this course and my classmates alike. Also, there is a recurring call for conditioned-based maintenance from both our in-house and our customer’s leadership. So that is a hot button I need to answer the mail on in the years to come.
